Post-Eclipse Recovery
For me, I find - especially when we're finally leaving behind a certain set of eclipses - that recovering from the exhaustion, confusion, instability (or all three!) requires a bit of retrospection in order to put all the pieces in their proper context and feel good about charging forward again.
